If your Pit Vipers don't make you feel like the baddest person on the mountain, send them back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We only accept gear that is in original condition, because nobody wants your sweaty, scratched-up hand-me-downs.

Return Process

  Check Your Vibe

  Ensure your sunglasses, apparel, or accessories are in their original packaging with all tags attached and no signs of high-speed wipeouts.

• 2.
  Start the Portal

  Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely box up your gear, slap that shipping label on the outside, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Paid or Swapped

  Once our warehouse team verifies your return isn't a box of rocks, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
